Innotreat has developed a new and innovative chemical cleaning agents that utilize a unique oxidizing process creating ‘free-radicals’ that inhibit and removes biofouling, separates solids, prevents corrosion and scaling whilst consistently producing better quality oil and water.

When used in midstream applications such as pipelines, storage, distribution and water disposal, Innotreat’s products disrupt the charge of the interfacial films or biofouling thereby breaking emulsions and enabling better oil flow and quality.

Technology

Originally created for the demanding environments of the Oil & Gas industry, where heavy-duty cleaning is a necessity, Innotreat has developed a unique cleaning agent designed for cleaning water-resistant surfaces from petroleum products and other organic contaminants.
WY-clean is a composition consisting of anionic and nonionic surfactants, a strong oxidizer, and a pH-regulating agent.
The oxidizer exerts a direct oxidative effect, breaking down organic contaminants, and also acts as a donor of free radical groups, the formation of which is initiated upon contact with organic substances. This contributes to the rapid destruction of oil products and other organic compounds polluting the surface.
The surfactants and pH-regulating agent included in the technology help detach the oxidized organic substances from the surface.
This comprehensive impact ensures quick and efficient cleaning of various surfaces from persistent organic pollutants.
